GENOVAC offers the production and purification of monoclonal
antibodies with the highest quality from client's hybridomas.
You just send us your hybridomas and we deliver the purified
monoclonal antibodies.
Antibodies are purified from cell culture supernatant cultivated
in „ultra low IgG sera“-containing medium (small
scale) or synthetic media (large scale). The method of purification
is dependent on the isotype (IgA, IgG or IgM) of the antibody.
We also offer antibody purification following transfection
of heavy and light chains into mammalian cells.
The use of „ultra low IgG sera“ in small scale
projects allows fast and high productivity without the drawbacks
of adaptation. We only recommend serum- and protein-free media
for large-scale projects as these require adaptation (please
refer to our FAQ
list for more details).
We first evaluate the productivity of your hybridoma in a
one liter batch culture. We then scale-up to produce the amount
of antibody you are interested in, either in batch-culture,
flasks or fermenters.

production methods as well (please
inquire).
