You just send us your hybridomas and we deliver the purified
monoclonal antibodies.
Antibodies are purified from cell culture supernatant cultivated in serum-free medium. The method of purification is dependent on the isotype (IgA, IgG or IgM) of the antibody. We also offer antibody purification following transfection of heavy and light chains into mammalian cells.
We first evaluate the productivity of your hybridoma in a one liter culture. We then scale-up to produce the amount of antibody you are interested in (please
refer to our FAQ
list for more details).
Depending on your needs we can also provide you with alternative
production methods as well (please
inquire).
