Product information:
anti-human Granzyme B monoclonal
antibody Download
Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases
that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated
T cells and NK cells. GM4C1 was generated by genetic
immunisation and reacts with human granzyme B (GrB),
a 27 kDa serine protease which cleaves target-cell
proteins at specific aspartate residues.
Product Name:
GrB - GM4C1
Catalog Number:
GM-0201
Description:
purified mouse antibody
Specificity:
anti-human Granzyme B
Clone:
GM4C1
Isotype:
IgG1
Product information:
anti-human Granzyme K monoclonal antibody Download
Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases
that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated
T cells and NK cells. GM24C3 was generated by genetic
immunisation and reacts with human granzyme K (GrK),
a 28 kDa serine protease with trypsin-like specificity.
Product Name:
GrK - GM24C3
Catalog Number:
GM-0202
Description:
purified mouse antibody
Specificity:
anti-human Granzyme K
Clone:
GM24C3
Isotype:

T cells and NK cells. GM26E7 was generated by genetic
immunisation and reacts with human granzyme K (GrK),
a 28 kDa serine
protease with trypsin-like specificity.

Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases
that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated
T cells and NK cells. GM6C3 was generated by genetic
immunisation and reacts with human granzyme K (GrK),
a 28 kDa serine
protease with trypsin-like specificity.
The inducible co-stimulator receptor
(ICOS) is a member of the CD28 receptor family that
is expressed on T cells. ICOS ligand (ICOSL) has
been identified as a ligand that binds to ICOS,
but not to CD28 or CTLA4. GM13C1 was generated by
genetic immunisation and recognises the extracellular
domain of ICOSL.
Interleukin 13 (IL-13) is a T cell
derived cytokine involved in the regulation of inflammatory
and immune responses. IL13Ra1 together with IL-4Ra
forms a functional receptor for both IL-4 and IL-13.
GM1C8 was generated by genetic immunisation and
recognises the extracellular IL-13Ra1 chain.

GM1E7 was generated by genetic immunisation and
recognises the extracellular IL-13Ra1 chain and
blocks IL-13-dependent cell proliferation.
FPRL1 belongs to the large family
of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR). FPRL1 is
expressed on neutrophils and it was shown that chemokines
can be
potent and specific ligands. Therefore, FPRL1 might
have interesting
functions in inflammatory pathways. GM1D6 was generated
by genetic
immunisation.
