Genetic Immunization – Basic or Optimized Strategy
We offer basic (low budget) and optimized strategies: For basic approaches (polyclonal) you provide the expression plasmids (inclusive leader), whereas for optimized projects (polyclonal and/or monoclonal) we choose a strategy and use our IP-protected immunization plasmids. The optimized strategy is applicable to any protein, and ideal for multiple, membrane-spanning proteins like GPCRs and ion-channels.
